User Agreement
This agreement is between you and the operator of Lore pixl, [To be provided], and applies to our AI image creation and related services. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Using the Service
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement. Core creative features do not require an account. You may use the app on devices you lawfully own or control. Do not resell the app, attack the service or bypass security and usage limits.
2. Free AI Generation
Text-to-image and image-to-image generation are completely free. We do not charge for generation through in-app purchases, top-ups, subscriptions or automatic renewals. We may set request limits, frequency limits or reset periods for fair use and service capacity. These limits do not require payment, and free access does not mean unlimited or uninterrupted availability.
3. Your Inputs and Generated Content
Submit only materials you own or are authorized to use. Obtain necessary permission for another person's likeness, private information or protected work. You retain your existing rights in your inputs. We use content only as needed to generate and deliver results and perform necessary safety processing.
Providing a free service does not give us ownership of your private creations or permission to sell them or use them for advertising or model training. Our Privacy Policy explains third-party AI processing and your choices.
AI results may be inaccurate, distorted or similar to other results. Review them before use, and do not treat them as evidence of real people, events or professional conclusions. Copyright protection, commercial use and third-party rights depend on applicable law and the content involved. We do not guarantee that results are exclusive or free of infringement.
4. Content and Conduct
Do not use the service for child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, impersonation, hate, harassment, unlawful violence or other unlawful or infringing content. Label realistic AI images as required by applicable rules when sharing them.
Report inappropriate content from an image's details or contact us. We may reject prohibited requests, address reported content and restrict abuse in accordance with applicable law, with an appropriate way to challenge decisions.
5. Saved Content and Privacy
Creations and drafts are mainly stored on your device. Export important work, as uninstalling, clearing data or changing devices may cause loss. Our Privacy Policy governs personal information, third-party AI sharing, retention and deletion. Accepting this agreement does not replace any separate data consent that is required.
6. Service Changes and Responsibility
Maintenance, network issues or third-party outages may affect generation. We will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting your main rights. You may stop using the service. We remain responsible as required by law. This agreement does not exclude statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Please contact us first to resolve a dispute. You may still complain to the relevant authority or seek relief in a court with jurisdiction. Governing law and dispute arrangements: [To be confirmed].
7. App License and Contact
The App Store version is licensed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. This agreement also governs the services provided by Lore pixl.
